Fees & Charges

Joining the library is free, but there are charges for lost or damaged items and for some services. These charges include GST.

The library no longer accepts cash. You may pay at Chatswood Library using Eftpos or credit card. Payments cannot be made over the phone.

30c per item per day payable by all Willoughby library members

Fees will not be charged on a trial basis from 1 July 2020

Placing a reservation on items from any Willoughby library $2.60 per item
