Each week we will work step by step through a project together, giving everyone a chance to ask questions and feel confident before continuing to the next step.
This course is designed for 7-9 year olds who have had no experience using Scratch. We will be working through Module 1 of the Code Club Australia projects.
We do ask that guardians/parents remain in the room at all times with the children. You are more than welcome to join in the fun or do your own thing...we have plenty of eResources to keep you amused if coding is not for you!
Requirements: Windows 10+, macOS 10.13+, Chrome OS, or Android 6.0+
You can use the online editor here, or you can download Scratch to your device. Please note: the current version of Scratch for Android only works on tablets.
