A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our Year of the Snake bookmark competition — your creativity blew us away!

Congratulations to our talented winners and runners-up:

  • 5 and under: Winner - Kiaan (5) | Runner-up - Nalani (2 years and 9 months)
  • 6-7 years: Winner - Jakey (6) | Runner-up - Michelle (7 and a half)
  • 8-10 years: Winner - Aoi (Angie) (10) | Runner-up - Emma (8) & Michelle (8)
  • 11-12 years: Winner - Jordan (12) & Kazuya (12) | Runner-up - Iris (12) & Vincent (11)
  • 13-15 years: Winner - Melissa (14)
     

Prizes and recognition

Winners will be contacted by Friday 9 May 2025. The first names, ages and winning designs will be published on the Willoughby City Library website, and the designs will be printed and distributed as bookmarks. First place winners will receive a $30 gift voucher prize.
