Mission Australia is a non-government organisation delivering free, Australian Government-funded programs for the community.

Come and learn about the following programs and services.

Health Equity and Access Program
Free health assessments by a registered nurse, access to bilingual and bulk billing GPs, and referrals to health and community services for culturally and linguistically diverse people or those experiencing or at risk of homelessness (all ages, all visa types) connected to Northern Sydney.

Psychosocial Support Service 
Free, non-clinical mental health case management for people aged 16 years and over in Northern Sydney with severe mental illness who are not eligible for the NDIS. The service assists individuals in achieving their recovery goals by building social skills, maintaining stable housing and improving overall physical wellbeing.

Alcohol and Other Drugs Continuing Coordinated Care Program 
Free case management for people aged 18 years and over in Northern Sydney experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges with complex health and social needs.   

No booking required.
