2. Is there a charge to use the service?

No, there is no charge for using the digitisation service. Please ensure you have a method to store your digitised files, such as cloud storage or a USB storage device.

3. What skills do I need?

Basic computer skills are necessary to use the digitisation service. We provide detailed, step-by-step instructions in hard copy. Our library staff will give a brief initial orientation and can assist at the start of your session. For more in-depth help, please visit the library service desks.

4. How do I book this service?

Booking is required for using the digitisation service, and you must be a library member to make a reservation. You can book a two-hour session by either visiting the library in person or by calling 02 9777 7900. Please have your library card ready when booking.
