Web printing

Print, copy and scan services are available at Artarmon, Chatswood, and Northbridge libraries. 

  • Payment is by EFTPOS only (credit or debit card). 
  • Please note that refunds are not available for incorrectly printed items.
  • Print services are available in black and white and colour.
  • Staff are available to help.

Web printing portal - Log in and upload files

Follow the instructions below to get started:

Print from your own device by email

Step 1 – Email files to willoughby@myprints.au

  1. Open a new email and type willoughby@myprints.au in the To field.
  2. Attach the files that you wish to print to the email.
  3. Send the email.
  4. An automated email confirmation, confirming that your print job is ready, will appear in your inbox within minutes.

Step 2 – Pay for your prints.

  1. Select My print jobs at the kiosk.
  2. Scan your library card or enter the guest ticket number provided in the confirmation email, then enter your PIN/password.
  3. Preview and adjust print settings (Black and white or Colour, for example), you can select which jobs you wish to print.
  4. Select Pay and tap or insert your card to complete the payment.

Step 3 – Release your prints

  1. Log in to the printer by scanning or typing your guest ticket number or library card number on the screen.
  2. Type in your PIN/password and select OK twice.
  3. Select My print jobs.
  4. Select Print all and Yes to release your prints.

Note: If your account has print files that have not been prepaid at the kiosk, please select only the documents you have paid for and delete any you no longer need.

Print from your own device (Library member only)

Use the Willoughby City Library card number and PIN/password to upload your file from your device.

  1. Visit Web printing portal.
  2. Log in with your library card number and PIN/password. Please make sure to include ‘X’ when entering your library card number.
  3. Click the ‘Select files…’ choose your file and click ‘Open’.
  4. Wait for your print job to appear in ‘Current Activity’.
  5. Check your ‘Total cost of unreleased jobs’ at the bottom right of your screen.
  6. You are now ready to pay for your print jobs.

Print from your device (Guest ticket)

Use the Willoughby City Library guest ticket and password to upload your file.

  1. Visit Web printing portal.
  2. Log in with your guest ticket and password.
  3. You will be asked for an email address. You do not have to provide your own email address. You can enter your guest ticket number followed by '@gmail.com' or '@hotmail.com'.
  4. Click the ‘Select files…’ choose your file and click ‘Open’.
  5. Wait for your print job to appear in ‘Current Activity’.
  6. Check your ‘Total cost of unreleased jobs’ at the bottom right of your screen.
  7. You are now ready to pay for your print jobs.

Payment

  1. Go to the printing kiosk at the library or ask staff for payment options.
  2. Select the ‘Add Credit’ on the kiosk screen.
  3. Use the number pad to type in the total cost of your print job.
  4. Select ‘Accept & Proceed.’
  5. Please tap or insert your card to complete the payment.
  6. You can now release your print job.

Release your print job

  1. Log in to the printer by scanning or typing your library card or guest ticket number on the screen.
  2. Type in your PIN/password and select ‘Ok’ twice.
  3. Select ‘My print jobs’
  4. Select ‘Print all’ and ‘Yes’ to release your print job.
