Over four weeks, children will explore a range of scientific concepts through a series of engaging experiences and hands-on activities using everyday objects. They will collect and classify, measure and experiment.
At the final session, children will have the opportunity to share their own science discoveries, at a mini science fair!
Sessions run over four weeks from 1:30 pm -2:30 pm on Wednesday.
Session dates and topics:
- Day 1: Wednesday 20 March - Collecting and classifying
- Day 2: Wednesday 27 March - Measuring and recording
- Day 3: Wednesday 3 April- Experimenting
- Day 4: Wednesday 10 April - Science fair.
Please note:
- This event is ticketed at $40.00 per ticket (plus Eventbrite fees).
- One ticket is for all four sessions.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Each child must be accompanied by an adult co-learner.
- There are only 15 spaces available.

Children under the age of 11 should be supervised by someone over 18 at all times in the Library.
