Make-together at Chatswood Creator Space. The event is scheduled on the third Saturday of every month.
OzBerry events encompasses a wide range of open source hardware and software on many popular platforms, including but not limited to: Arduino, RaspberryPi, Beaglebone, Android and more… if it plugs in and is programmable then it's a good fit.
Come down and escape your home study/lab! share ideas and help each other solve bugs and design issues that might otherwise be difficult on your own. If you have an established project, please bring it with you. Both hobby and professional projects are represented each month.
Beginners are always welcome. If you are just curious or starting out, all you need is a laptop - we will get you started on one of our club Arduino or RaspberryPi kits. Or just come along and have a look, it's up to you. We can shed some light on the 'Internet of Things'.
Format
Over 5 hours – relaxed, unstructured collaboration and learning, come and go as you please. Help others or ask for help with your project. No pressure. But most importantly, remember to 'Be excellent to each other'.
Share a micro talk. Get up and speak about your project (or another topic of interest) up to 10 minutes (optional).
What to Bring
A laptop at a minimum. Your project if you have one, or some hardware that you'd like to tinker with.
Getting Help with your Project
If you need a hand getting started with the basics or have a tough bug in a complex system... the process is the same, just ask.
We look forward to seeing you at Chatswood Library. Book Now!
