Flat Rock Bridge
Willoughby Road side of bridge, Willoughby
The first bridge at Flat Rock, built in 1869, was swept away in a flash flood in 1870. A new bridge built in 1888 and was partially rebuilt and strengthened in the same year to take the weight of a tramway. The foundation stone is visible on the eastern pathway. It was decorated with two stone pillars on the eastern end, however these were removed in the 1960s.
