In this course, we'll explore how wearable devices and smartphones can monitor and track your health and how you can use online resources to improve your wellbeing.

You’ll also learn how to find nutritious recipes, all about telehealth appointments with your GP and how technology can remind you to exercise, take medication and unwind after a busy day.

This course covers:

  • ways to improve your wellbeing
  • resources to help achieve your health goals.

Be Connected is an Australian government initiative committed to increasing the confidence, skills and online safety of older Australians. This workshop is presented in conjunction with volunteers from Acoustic Blinds and Curtains, a Be Connected partner, and is based on Be Connected resources.
