Join us to learn and explore ChatGPT.

ChatGPT is an AI chatbot that understands questions, generates human-like answers, helps with tasks and can have conversations.

In this workshop, you'll learn the basics of ChatGPT and how it can support learning, creativity and everyday tasks. We’ll cover what ChatGPT is, how to create a ChatGPT account, how to give effective instructions and practise using it for real‑world activities like brainstorming, summarising, improving writing and trips planning.

You’ll also explore the key pros and cons of using ChatGPT, along with important security and privacy considerations, so you can use it confidently, responsibly and with a critical perspective. Perfect for beginners who want to build their digital skills in a friendly and accessible session.
