Michael Millstone has retired from the 'sharp end' of counter-intelligence work with ASIO and now wants to write about it. Only one publisher, a Chinese businessman called Willie Wong, will take a chance with him. Problem is, Willie and his estranged wife, Jezebel, are not who they seem to be.
